Shipping & Delivery

Soie Miel will send you a confirmation email when your order and payment are received. All online purchases you make from Soie Miel are in principle prepared on order and will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. On the other hand, products that are in stock at the time of ordering will be shipped within 2 business days. Since your special orders and products that are not in stock are made on order, they will be prepared to be delivered to you within 5 to 10 working days.

You will be notified of your cargo tracking number for the shipped products when your package is on its way.

Soie Miel do not have worldwide shipping!

Return & Refund

Soie Miel accepts your exchange / return requests for unused products notified in writing within 2 days from the date the products you have purchased are delivered to you.

Soie Miel do not accept returns on our custom sewn products.

Products requested to be exchanged / refunded must be returned as shipped, without defects and in their original package / accessories. For defective or defective products, a written notification must be made to SOIE MIEL within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We would like to remind you that the cargoes for the products you want to change / return are your responsibility until the products reach SOIE MIEL and the return shipping cost must be paid by you. When we receive your return shipment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you regarding your request after the condition of the product has been examined. The exchange process of all justified claims will be completed within 10 business days. You can contact us at info@soiemiel.com for all your change requests.
